Much of her practice is focused on healing the core and pelvic floor in the prenatal and postpartum period. She teaches other professionals across the globe how to set a higher standard of care for the parenthood transition and it is her mission to educate and empower women and lead transformation of current postpartum protocols. Ryan Bott is a dedicated coach, educator, and trainer from Holmen, WI with a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. In his early years, he excelled in football, powerlifting, and track before continuing his football career at UW-Stout and later at Concordia University of Wisconsin. At Concordia, he earned a degree in Physical Education with minors in Health, Adaptive Sports, and Coaching.
Ryan began his professional career teaching elementary P.E. in Waukesha, where he also coached high school track and football. Returning to La Crosse, he became the weight training teacher at Central High School, and also served as the varsity football defensive coordinator and founded the school’s powerlifting team. He is also USA Weightlifting Level 1 certified.
After being diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma, Ryan shifted his focus to health, recovery, and family. He stepped back from high school coaching to focus on coaching his sons’ sports teams while continuing his passion for strength training. Fueled by his unwavering passion for coaching, Ryan found his way back into the field. Megan has been working as a massage therapist since 2006 and she worked as a physical therapist assistant from 2009-2021. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and has many years of experience helping people of all ages and with varying pain or injury areas. RJ, a Southeast Wisconsin native, was primarily a track and field athlete. RJ received his BS in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, where he ran for the track team, was a strength intern for the athletic department.
